The Indian Medical Association (IMA) Palakkad was established in 1970 with a vision to promote healthcare excellence in the region. - 1975: First annual conference held, featuring renowned speakers and experts
- 1980: Establishment of the IMA Palakkad Charitable Trust to support community health initiatives
